How does it work?
Step one- Book your hotel room then book your package on my website. If you have any questions prior please email me. Make sure to include your hotel in your booking. Or pick a day that you want to surprise that special someone at home, then book your date on my site.
Step two- We meet the day of and you provide me with the hotel key/ or you add me to the reservation.
Step three- I decorate your hotel room and you enjoy!
How far in advance should I book?
Our calendar books up quickly so we suggest that you book as far in advance as possible!
Bookings that are less than 2 weeks will require an additional $100.00 rush fee if we are able to accommodate you.
Is my deposit refundable?
Deposits are non refundable, but date can be changed one time when given 72 hour notice.
What areas do you service?
We service the Chicago’s downtown. Please contact us for surrounding suburbs or states. An additional service fee will be assessed for locations outside of downtown Chicago.
Do you provide food?
We do not provide food but are able to pick up and deliver within the area. Please contact us for any special accommodations. There will be an add on fee for any food delivery service provided.
Holiday Prices
Holiday’s will be an extra fee of $100. Holidays include Christmas Eve and Christmas day, New Years Eve and New Years day, and Thanksgiving.
How do I give access to my room?
To provide access to your hotel room/ Airbnb you will need to meet with someone from our team at check in time. Meet location can be at the hotel or a convenient meeting location.
Do you service private homes?
Yes! Our team can provide service to your home in Downtown Chicago, IL. Outside the service area will be an additional charge if we are able to accommodate you. Please contact us for more information. There is an additional charge of $100 for houses, apartments, and Airbnb’s.
Pick up/drop off
If your package requires pick up and drop off items instructions will be given at time of booking.
